Support Assistant Interns

Assist website visitors with their inquiries and requests for support.


Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program or post-secondary or training experience with a focus on communications or related field.
  • Experience with computers and providing customer service in a technological environment.
  • With good communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance for the inquiries and requests from website clients and visitors.
  • Performs troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, corrective action procedure implementation within established parameters, and/or escalates to other technical resources as necessary.
  • Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
